Overview
Your Social lets account holders create public social-link pages, share those pages through QR codes, and view basic page and link analytics. We aim to collect only the data needed to operate those features.
Account Data
Sign-in uses passwordless email magic links provided through Neon Auth. We process your email address and authentication session data so you can access and manage your account.
Page Content
We store the names, biographies, themes, links, and QR settings that you add to Your Social. Content on a published page is public and can be viewed by anyone with its URL or QR code.
Views and Click Analytics
Your Social may record page-view and link-click timestamps, device category, approximate location fields, and referring domain. On the marketing site, we may also record CTA clicks and 50% or 90% scroll-depth events. Product analytics records do not retain raw visitor IP addresses.
Session Telemetry
For reliability, diagnostics, and abuse prevention, Your Social records a per-tab session identifier, client IP address, Cloudflare or platform edge IP, requested URL, referrer, user agent, language, timezone, screen and window dimensions, color depth, pixel ratio, color-scheme preference, available device memory and processor concurrency. Session telemetry is stored separately from page and link analytics and is automatically deleted after 30 days.
Cookies
We use authentication cookies to keep account holders signed in and to protect dashboard access. We do not use advertising cookies.
Data Retention and Deletion
Your pages and links remain until you delete them or your account is removed. Page-view and link-click analytics are retained for up to 30 days and then automatically deleted. Deleting a page removes its associated links and analytics immediately. Contact us if you need help requesting account deletion.
